Torchsong Entertainment is a local Portland, OR production company formed in 2015. Our mission is to bring new and exciting musical works, written and performed by local artists, to the greater Portland area. The Torchsong team creates unique and innovative cabarets and original rock musicals. We like to say we write musicals for people who hate musicals (This ain't Rodgers & Hammerstein)! Our shows are hilarious, quirky, nerdy, creative, and incredibly fun!

Because of the "Stay at Home" orders and Covid-19 virus, Torchsong has been forced to cancel our first three shows of the season. Please consider donating to help us with this financial loss as well well supporting our "do -over" 2021 season, that will feature two original rock musicals written by local Portland artists.

Culture Mediterannean Restaurant and Social Bar, is Portland’s newest hidden gem in the heart of SE Hawthorne. A place where innovation meets tradition and classy meets casual. Our dishes incorporate flavors from the Mediterranean region, with influences from Lebanon, Morocco, Greece, Spain and beyond. Culture also offers Portland’s only table-side shawarma experience. Our Table-side shawarma experience is perfect for sharing! While your choice of meat (chicken shawarma, beef sirloin, lamb kafta) or marinated veggies, slowly roasts at your table, you and your guests will be treated to our traditional mezza. Once your shawarma is done roasting, you can slice into it yourself to create your very own pita sandwich, or of course, we are happy to do it for you! We are proud to welcome Portlanders of all backgrounds to come together to eat, sip and relax!

Culture provides both covered outdoor seating and indoor seating. All tables are placed 6 feet apart and guests are required to wear masks to and from their tables and while not eating or drinking. Culture adheres to all state and city safety mandates regarding Covid-19.
